We are proud to introduce Collegiate Winter Break Training for college athletes men + women! In collaboration with Forge Lacrosse Academy, spearheaded by professional lacrosse players Jeff Henrick and Ryan Terefenko, we've joined forces and crafted the ultimate training experience for college athletes returning to Minnesota during the winter break. This comprehensive program includes 45 minutes per session of speed and agility training, expertly led by Coach Noah Draper from ETS, coupled with 7 hours of lacrosse training.
Join forces with like-minded college lacrosse players in this all-encompassing experience, positioning yourself favorably to make a significant impact on your team upon your return. ETS Performance, a premier sports performance brand, specializes in elite athletic development strategies covering speed, change of direction, energy system development, and injury prevention.
Coach Draper will conduct 45-minute speed sessions, honing in on these crucial areas to enhance your competitive prowess leading up to the season. Depart the camp equipped with the knowledge to further refine your game speed, change of direction, and conditioning, preparing you effectively for the upcoming season.

Lacrosse and ETS Training is done at
2122 Wooddale Drive, Woodbury
Each 90 minute session consists of 45 minutes of speed/agility training and 45 minutes of lacrosse.
Tennis or turf shoes required- no cleats allowed.
The cost for the Winter Collegiate Training is $289, encompassing nine (9) practice sessions over 13+ hours of training.
