We are proud to introduce the groundbreaking Minnesota Athletic Complex (the MAC), a state-of-the-art indoor training facility designed to revolutionize the way we train and play the game. This new, one-of-a-kind complex sets the stage for an unparalleled athletic experience, providing athletes with a cutting-edge environment to showcase their skills and elevate their performance. All of our sports will benefit from the facility and will participate in training here.

The MAC offers takes player safety to new heights by incorporating advanced technologies and materials used by professional programs to minimize the risk of injuries.

The facility prioritizes player comfort and convenience to allow for focus on the demands of training. The MAC allows us to innovate in our programming and expand opportunities for athletes to excel, including a partnership with ETS Performance, who will leverage an on-site space of their unique and proven techniques for strengthening and conditioning athletes.

The MAC allows the club to cater to all players, regardless of skill level or experience. With versatile programming options, ranging from conditioning and strength training,  youth clinics and adult leagues, the facility advances training for our hockey and lacrosse community.
