Futures Lacrosse
Lacrosse Futures is designed as a bridge between WU Lax Association lacrosse and the high school prorgam. This program is built for players who are ready to take the next step in their development while staying connected to their local school association teams.
The program is run by the East Ridge High School Girls Lacrosse coaching staff, with support from current Varsity players. This creates a unique environment that builds both skill and culture. Players will be introduced to high school systems, expectations, and pace of play, while continuing to develop stick skills, decision-making, and overall lacrosse IQ. Futures is intentionally structured to be accessible, competitive, and development focused.
This is not a club team and not an association program. It is a development pathway into East Ridge Girls Lacrosse, helping players prepare for the high school level while building relationships, confidence, and a strong sense of community within the program.
